New terms on a cash loan of MFG to MFG Invest

On 17.07.2024, “MFG Invest” AD and the majority shareholder in the company “Management Financial Group” AD (UIC: 203753425) signed an annex to the framework agreement for a cash loan signed on 23.11.2023.

Part of the terms of the cash loan were renegotiated with the said annex, as follows:
• Increasing the total amount of the loan – up to 2,000,000.00 (two million) BGN;
• Change of the deadline for absorption – 23.11.2026;
• Change of the deadline for repayment – 5 (five) years from the date of each separate absorption.
