Ina Ilieva was elected as a member of the board of directors of MFG Invest on 16.04.2025.
On 25.04.2025, changes in the board of directors of MFG Invest AD were entered in the Commercial Register.
Stanimir Vassilev and Nedelcho Spasov were re-elected as members of the board for a new term of 5 years at the general shareholders meeting held on 16.04.2025. Ina Nikolaeva Ilieva was elected as the third member of the board of directors in place of Petar Damyanov.
The newly elected board of directors decided that the company will be represented independently by Nedelcho Yordanov Spasov as executive director.
