On 21 May 2026, MFG Invest AD provided a loan of GBP 200,000 (approximately EUR 234,000) to JEDI Rehabilitation Ventures Limited (The Paddington), a company registered in England and Wales under number 16568027. The loan is intended to enable The Paddington to enter into a long-term lease agreement for premises in London and will be repaid with funds raised within the framework of a subsequent capital increase of the company, in which MFG Invest AD plans to participate. The loan has a term of six months and an annual interest rate of 5%.
